The Central Alberta Historical Society is pleased to present it's 7th annual Historical Festival, an 8-day celebration of Central Alberta's history and heritage.

The Festival unofficially begins with the Historica Schools Fair, May 1st and May 2nd,  and is followed by the Central Alberta Historical Festival, May 23 - 30, 2009.

Partners such as museums and historic sites present a variety of family oriented events such as tours, open houses, guest speakers, teas and more.

Printed festival brochures will be available in early May at the City of Red Deer libraries, Red Deer Tourism Visitor Information Centre and all partner locations.
